Regional Accounts Manager
Location Pacific Northwest Region, USA | Remote
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $80,000–$100,000 annual base salary plus strong commission structure
• Full-time schedule
• Permanent, W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
The Regional Accounts Manager drives revenue growth and brand expansion across the Pacific Northwest territory. This role exists to strengthen existing customer relationships while developing new B2B opportunities within the telecommunications and RF (radio frequency) equipment market. Success is defined by increased territory sales, expanded account penetration, and consistent CRM-driven pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage all customer accounts within the Pacific Northwest territory, maintaining full accountability for revenue performance and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular pre-scheduled meetings with new and existing customers to develop business and expand product adoption
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions across North America as an exhibitor or delegate
• Deliver professional presentations to customer groups on RF antenna solutions and company capabilities
• Collaborate with UK-based engineering and R&D teams to support customer inquiries, specifications, and order fulfillment
• Provide structured sales activity reports and forecasts to executive leadership
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records including pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and account activity
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience managing B2B customer accounts and developing new business through both phone-based and face-to-face sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems

Preferred Skills
• Experience in telecommunications, RF (radio frequency), wireless communications, or related technical industries
• Familiarity with antenna systems, public safety communications, utilities infrastructure, transportation networks, defense systems, machine-to-machine (M2M) or IoT (Internet of Things) markets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team environment
